Shipping Policy
At Victory Screen Factory, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and safely as possible. Most orders are fulfilled within up to 2 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Fulfillment times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, supplier delays, or for special/custom orders. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using:
- FedEx Ground
- UPS Ground
The carrier may be selected based on package size, weight, delivery location, and service availability.
Shipping Time
After your order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, transit time depends on the shipping destination and the carrier’s schedule.
Most ground shipments are delivered within a few business days, but delivery times are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is specifically offered at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order contents, shipping destination, package size, package weight, and available carrier rates.
For large, heavy, oversized, or special-order items, additional shipping charges may apply. If needed, we will contact you before shipping.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Victory Screen Factory is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is handled by FedEx or UPS.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
- Any damaged packaging materials
This helps us work with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors or building staff. Then contact us so we can help review the situation.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.
