It offers an excellent degree of elasticity, an extended shelf life and its viscosity is ideal for screen printing. It is heat cure at a minimum of 300 degrees and available in quarts and gallons. Victory Screen Factory’s Plastisol Ink is designed for professional use, offering unparalleled performance in screen printing. The ink adheres well to a variety of fabrics, including 100% cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blend. It is a great choice for printing on dark fabrics and offers a soft hand feel with a very durable finish. Please note that plastisol curing time and temperature will vary depending on the color and thickness of your ink laydown. All of the ink must reach the curing temp. This may require longer curing time for heavy deposits. Low bleed ink is recommended for polyester and cotton/ poly garments. Underbase may be required.
