PMI Dual-Tack Pallet Tape 18" x 36 YD (#382 High-Tack)
High-Tack Performance for Heavy Fabrics
Specifically engineered for challenging materials, the #382 variant offers twice the garment-side stickiness compared to standard versions.
- Ideal for Fleece and Heavyweight Garments: Its extra-strength hold is perfect for securing thick fleece sweatshirts, performance wear, and polyester blends that often shift during high-volume runs.
- Twice the Grip: This high-tack version provides double the adhesion on the shirt side compared to the standard #380 tape, ensuring heavy garments stay perfectly aligned.
Sustainable and Cost-Effective Design
Designed for longevity, this tape reduces waste by allowing multiple reuses through simple maintenance.
- Reactivatable Adhesive: When the tape collects lint and loses its grip, you can easily refresh its stickiness by wiping the surface with a wet sponge.
- Residue-Free Cleanup: Unlike traditional adhesives that leave sticky buildup on equipment, this tape peels off cleanly, leaving your pallets spotless and ready for a fresh application.
- Bulk Roll Value: Each 18-inch x 36-yard roll provides ample coverage for numerous projects, lowering long-term supply costs for high-volume shops.
Technical Specifications

How to Use for Best Results
- Clean the Platen: Ensure the pallet is free of all dust, old glue, and oils before starting.
- Apply Bottom Side: Align the tape at the back of the platen and roll it out loosely toward the front.
- Remove Air Bubbles: Use a squeegee or the roll itself to apply firm, even pressure from the center outward to eliminate air pockets.
- Trim and Peel: Carefully trim the edges with a sharp blade and slowly peel back the protective top layer to expose the high-tack garment adhesive.
