Clean Cyan Color for CMYK Process Printing

Victory Bio Process Cyan is designed to work as one component of a four-color process ink set alongside Process Magenta, Process Yellow, and Process Black. When printed through correctly separated halftones, the four inks overlap to reproduce photographs, illustrations, shadows, highlights, and complex color blends.

Soft, Flexible Water-Based Performance

The Victory Bio water-based ink system is engineered for strong adhesion, excellent wash durability, and a soft finished print. The base ink series offers elongation of more than 1,000% at break, helping printed designs resist cracking when used on flexible and highly elastic materials.

The ink also dries slowly in the screen, helping reduce premature clogging during longer production runs. Its durable, soft-hand finish makes it suitable for cotton, cotton/polyester blends, polyester, synthetic fabrics, Lycra, and other stretchable substrates. Always test the ink on the actual garment before beginning full production.

Recommended Printing Guidelines

For four-color process work, print on white or light-colored garments whenever possible. Dark garments generally require a suitable white underbase, which may affect process color accuracy.

Recommended mesh:
Use monofilament polyester mesh within the manufacturer’s recommended 86–230 mesh range. For detailed halftones, use the finer end of the range and perform test prints to determine the best combination of mesh count, ink deposit, and dot size.

Recommended stencil:
Use a water-resistant dual-cure emulsion or an SBQ presensitized direct emulsion designed for water-based ink.

Curing:
The technical data recommends curing at approximately 300°F for 1–2 minutes. Cotton garments may require a slightly longer cure time. Dryer temperatures, belt speed, garment thickness, and ink deposit can all affect the final cure, so conduct a step-cure or wash test before production.

CPSIA-Compliant, Non-Leaded Pigments

Victory Bio water-based garment ink is formulated with non-leaded pigments and is designed to comply with CPSIA requirements for lead and specified phthalates. The technical data lists lead content below 300 ppm and regulated phthalates below 0.1%. Review the current Safety Data Sheet and perform any required finished-product testing for your specific application.
