Low-Cure, Low-Bleed White Plastisol Ink for Polyester, Cotton, Blends & Nylon

Victory Ready Low Fusion Polywhite is a high-opacity, low-cure white plastisol ink designed for printing on 100% polyester, polyester/cotton blends, cotton, nylon, and other challenging fabrics.

Formulated for low bleed, excellent stretch, bright white coverage, and smooth printability, Polywhite is an excellent all-purpose white for screen printers who work with multiple garment types.

Its creamy consistency makes it easy to print on both manual and automatic screen printing presses, while its low-fusion formula helps reduce the risk of dye migration on heat-sensitive polyester garments.

Because polyester dyes and fabric treatments vary considerably between manufacturers, always test the garment before beginning a production run.

Some highly dye-sensitive polyester fabrics may require a more aggressive bleed-resistant ink or blocker.

Smooth, Creamy Printing

Don't let the viscosity fool you. Polywhite may appear thick in the container, but under the squeegee it develops a smooth, buttery printing consistency that provides excellent coverage without unnecessary flow adjustments.

For most applications, the ink can be printed directly from the container.

If additional viscosity reduction is necessary for finer mesh counts or specific applications, use a compatible curable reducer according to the reducer manufacturer's recommendations.

Recommended Mesh Counts

For maximum white coverage on dark garments, we recommend starting with approximately a 110 mesh count.

Depending on the artwork, substrate, ink deposit, and desired finish, Polywhite can be used through mesh counts ranging approximately from:

110–305 mesh

For high-opacity printing on dark polyester, a Print/Flash/Print technique can provide additional coverage and brightness.

Higher mesh counts produce a thinner ink deposit and may require adjustments to print technique and curing conditions.

Low-Temperature Curing

Recommended fusion range:

275°F–300°F (135°C–149°C)

The entire ink film must reach the required cure temperature—not simply the surface of the garment or the dryer chamber.

As a starting point, allow approximately 1 minute 20 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds of dwell time, depending on the dryer, garment, ink deposit, and actual ink-film temperature.

IMPORTANT: Always Test for Complete Cure

Dryer settings alone do not guarantee proper fusion.

Conveyor dryers can vary because of belt speed, heating-element condition, electrical voltage, garment type, and ink-film thickness. An ink that looks cured can still be under-cured.

Before beginning production:

1. Print and cure a test garment or test pellon.

2. Verify the actual ink-film temperature.

3. Perform a stretch test after the print has cooled.

4. Conduct a wash test when establishing settings for a new garment.

If the cured ink cracks excessively, separates, or does not adhere properly, the ink may not have reached complete fusion.

Always establish and document the correct dryer settings for each garment before starting a production run.

Fast Flashing & Low Tack

Victory Ready Polywhite is designed to flash quickly and produce a low-tack surface, making it well suited for Print/Flash/Print applications and multicolor production.

Avoid overheating during flashing. Excessive flash temperature can increase the possibility of dye migration on polyester garments.

Need more than white?

Victory Ready low-fusion plastisol ink is also available in a selection of standard high-opacity colors for polyester and other fabrics.

When ordering a custom color option, specify your desired color in the order comments. Available shades may include multiple versions of popular colors—for example, Scarlet Red, Fire Red, and Flag Red.

Screen Printing Tip

Polyester garments can vary dramatically—even between different colors of the same shirt style. Whenever you're printing an unfamiliar garment, test one shirt before running the entire job. A few minutes of testing can prevent an expensive production problem.
